When you arrive at the Bandaranaike International Airport, our friendly driver will welcome you. You will drive directly to the Dambulla area. The drive takes about 3 to 4 hours. You will see the Sri Lankan countryside along the way with paddy fields and villages.

On the way or after checking in, you can visit the famous Dambulla Cave Temple. This is a large cave built into a huge rock. Inside the caves, you will see many Buddha statues and colorful paintings on the walls and ceilings. It is a very peaceful and holy place.

After visiting the temple, you will check in to your hotel in the Dambulla or Sigiriya area. You can rest and get ready for the next day's adventure.

After breakfast at your hotel, you will visit the mighty Sigiriya Lion Rock. This huge rock rises from the jungle. You can climb to the top. The climb takes about 30 to 45 minutes. Along the way, you will see ancient paintings and the giant lion paws carved into the rock. At the top, you will see the remains of a royal palace and enjoy a beautiful view of the green jungle below. It is a truly special place.

After climbing down, you will drive to the cultural city of Kandy. On the way, you can stop at a Spice Garden in Matale to learn about Sri Lankan spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and pepper.

In Kandy, you will visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic. This is the most important Buddhist temple in Sri Lanka. It is a peaceful and holy place. In the evening, you can enjoy a traditional Kandyan Cultural Dance show with drummers, dancers, and fire performers. You will stay overnight in a hotel in Kandy.

After breakfast, you will say goodbye to the hills and drive down to the coast. You will travel to the beautiful beach town of Bentota. The drive takes about 3 to 4 hours and is very scenic.

Along the way, you can make a short stop to see a tea plantation or just enjoy the changing views from mountains to coconut trees.

When you reach Bentota, you will check in to your beach hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax. You can walk on the soft golden sand, take a dip in the sea, or just lie under a coconut tree with a good book. The sound of the waves will help you forget all your worries. Overnight stay in Bentota.

Enjoy a final breakfast at your beach hotel. Depending on your flight time, you may have some free time to take one last swim in the sea or collect some seashells as a memory.

Later, our driver will pick you up and drive you to the Bandaranaike International Airport. The drive takes about 2 to 3 hours. You will reach the airport in time for your flight back home.
